We’ll learn how making gratitude a habit in your life can bring you more peace and improve your health, too!  

Feeling grateful on a regular basis has been shown to improve not only our mood but also our physical health and wellbeing!  Join us for some discussion and meditations to help make gratitude part of your health routine!
